Dweller Of The Valley
Dweller Of The Valley

First painting of 2026 / 1 of 13 in “The Last Supper” collection.

I have been reflecting on my love for colour, why I wear colourful clothes, why I am drawn to bright and bold. It is because life is good. Not all the time, but there is a lot of goodness. I wear it to remind myself of that. To those around me that say I am crazy, yes I am. To those that say it’s too bright, yes sometimes it is. Does it make you smile? Does it make you realize you are being too serious? Does it remind you of a sunset? A sunrise? A flower? Something good? I hope so. Stay bright.

“I found the entire world looking for something.”

2 of 13 works for “The Last Supper” collection.

Part of the “Last Supper” collection. I decided to paint some of the important people in my life. How I see them, interpret them and share some of their wisdom. I was not listening to the original song while painting. I was listening to “Let it be (long Version) song by Carol Woods and Timothy T. Mitchum. However not available… worth a listen and a half.

HOW MUCH LOVE DOES SHE HAVE?
HOW MUCH LOVE DOES SHE HAVE?

When I think of you I get overwhelmed. The thing I think of is “how much love does she have?” I admire your acknowledgement of when you can, when you need to and when to say no. It’s a true gift Kristy, I am in awe of watching/hearing it.

You harness a quietness like that of a great theatre. Consistently setting the stage for beauty, hope and mystery. You allow the listeners from front and centre to the weird corner a place of kindness.
